Recognizing the complexity of the U.S. healthcare system, Founder Michelle Druckenmiller, RN, founded The Nurse Navigators to serve as a guiding light and pathfinder in healthcare, with the belief that kindness and holistic support are essential for helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging health journeys.

With over a decade of experience, Michelle has a unique blend of hands-on critical care expertise and a deep knowledge of medical technology. This dual background gives her a unique understanding of the gaps and needs in patient care.

Through The Nurse Navigators, Michelle has created a sanctuary of support and guidance, offering every individual compassionate care, trusted insight, and the peace of mind they deserve. Michelle is dedicated to advancing healthcare reform and providing support to families navigating critical health challenges.

Beyond her professional life, Michelle finds joy in the outdoors and thrives in all things creative, from interior design and gardening to floral arrangements and singing. When she’s not bringing her visions to life, you’ll find her enthusiastically cheering on The Ohio State University during college football season. Go Bucks!

For such a major surgery, I was surprised that I was not given a ton of direction before and after surgery from my doctor’s office, especially when it came to the large, dark scar across my abdomen. I was feeling defeated, but Michelle provided me with a long list of recommendations utilizing a variety of treatments that I was able to implement immediately.
